Terms of use

• You must give accurate details and keep your sign-in credentials to yourself.
• A club owner is responsible for the coaches they invite and for the data those coaches enter.
• Coaches may create placeholder player records; the club must still have parental or guardian consent before recording a young player's details.

• Use FutsalDev only for coaching and player development.
• Do not upload unlawful, abusive or misleading content, or photos you have no right to use.
• Do not attempt to access another club's data, probe the service for weaknesses, or scrape it.
• Keep coach notes and feedback professional — players can read feedback addressed to them.

Trial access is offered to clubs free of charge for an agreed period and can be ended by either side at any time. Trials carry no obligation to continue and no payment details are required.

We work to keep FutsalDev available and backed up, but it is provided as-is: occasional maintenance and downtime happen. We are not liable for indirect losses arising from unavailability.

You can stop at any time. Export your data first, then delete the club. Everything is permanently erased after a 30-day grace period. We may suspend a club that breaches these terms, after telling the owner why, and will allow an export before any data is removed.

Your data stays yours. How it is handled is set out in the privacy notice and the data processing note.
