Privacy notice

Each club decides what player information it records and is the data controller for its own players. FutsalDev provides the software and acts as a processor on the club's instructions. Read the data processing note for the full picture, including sub-processors.

• Account details — name, email address, and the role you sign up with (coach or player).
• Player profile — name, date of birth, position, dominant foot, height, weight, training age, availability and an optional photo.
• Development records — attribute assessments and scores, coach notes, recommendations and development plans.
• Activity records — training sessions, attendance, match line-ups, match statistics, goalkeeper shot maps and coach feedback messages.
• Technical data — sign-in session information needed to keep you logged in securely.

We do not collect special category data (health, ethnicity, and similar). Please do not record medical details in free-text notes.

• Contract — to provide the coaching service the club has signed up for.
• Legitimate interests — to run and secure the platform and support clubs using it.
• Consent — for players under 16, the club obtains parental or guardian consent before recording their data, and records in FutsalDev that consent was given.

FutsalDev is used with youth squads. A club must obtain parental or guardian consent before entering the details of a player under 16. Coaches confirm this inside the app against each player's profile, together with who confirmed it and when, so the club has an auditable record. Consent can be withdrawn at any time — the coach clears the confirmation and deletes the player, which removes their records.

• Coaches of the player's team, and coaches given club-wide access by the club owner.
• The player themselves — their own profile, assessments, stats and feedback.
• FutsalDev staff only where strictly needed for support or security, and never for any other purpose.

Data is never sold, and is never used for advertising or profiling outside the club's own coaching use.

Data is kept while the club is using FutsalDev. When a player is removed, or a club asks for its data to be deleted, the records are permanently erased after a 30-day grace period that exists only so an accidental deletion can be reversed. During that window the club owner can cancel the deletion; afterwards the data cannot be recovered.

• Access — download everything held about you. Players use “Download my data” on their profile; club owners can export the whole club from Club settings.
• Correction — coaches and players can edit profile details in the app.
• Erasure — “Delete my account” on your profile, or ask your club's coach to remove your player record.
• Portability — exports are provided as CSV and JSON, which open in Excel and other tools.
• Objection and restriction — contact us or your club, and we will act on it.
• Complaint — you can complain to your national data protection authority.

FutsalDev uses only strictly necessary storage in your browser to keep you signed in and remember your colour theme. There is no advertising, analytics or third-party tracking, so no cookie consent banner is required.

Data is stored in a managed database with row-level access rules, so a coach only reaches their own club's records and a player only their own. Traffic is encrypted in transit. Photos are held in private storage that requires an authorised, time-limited link.
