Data ownership & processing
The short version for clubs: your data stays yours, we only process it to run the service for you, and you can take all of it with you at any time.

Who owns the data
The club owns its data. Player records, assessments, match statistics, sessions and photos entered by your coaches belong to the club, which is the data controller. FutsalDev is the processor: we store and display that data so your coaches can use it, and we act only on the club's instructions. We do not sell it, share it with other clubs, or use it to train anything.
What we do with it
- Store player, assessment, session and match records so your coaches can view and update them.
- Generate recommendations and development plans from the scores your coaches enter.
- Provide support and keep the service secure and backed up.
Sub-processors
We use the following providers to run FutsalDev. All are bound by data processing terms.

Getting your data out
A club owner can export the entire club at any time from Club settings → Data & privacy. The download is a single zip containing one CSV file per record type — teams, players, assessments, matches and match statistics, goalkeeper shots, sessions, attendance, line-ups, feedback, custom drills and custom attributes — plus a complete JSON copy. Individual players can download their own data from their profile. No request, ticket or fee is involved.
If you stop using FutsalDev
Export first, then choose Delete club data. Everything is scheduled for permanent erasure after a 30-day grace period, which the owner can cancel during that window. After it passes, the records are gone and cannot be restored.
Youth data
For players under 16 the club records parental or guardian consent in the app before the player's details are used. Details are in the privacy notice.
