Data & privacy
The two questions every academy asks
Who owns the data?
Your club does. The club is the data controller for its players; FutsalDev only processes those records to run the service. For players under 16, coaches record parental or guardian consent in the app before their details are used.
Data ownership & processingCan we get everything back?
Yes — a club owner can download the whole club at any time as spreadsheets plus a machine-readable copy. Players can download their own records too. If you leave, delete the club and everything is permanently erased after a 30-day grace period.
