Common questions
Yes. On the Squad page press Guest players and add any player from your club. They keep their home team and also appear in this squad's matches, sessions and lists.
Open the player's profile, go to the privacy card and press Create guardian link. Send the link or code to the parent; after signing up they see their child's schedule, feedback and report, and can set availability and consent.
No. The active team is remembered per device, so each phone or computer can stay on a different squad.
Save it on the tactics board, then in the library or Playbook press Download video (Square suits phones) or Share link to send a view-only link.
In the Playbook. Tag animations as Movement, Set-piece or Training drill and share them with the whole club or selected teams.
Yes for match day, the score and attendance. Keep tapping; the bar shows how many changes are waiting and they sync when signal returns.
Not directly. Paste a YouTube or Vimeo link (unlisted is fine) for full tagging with Tag moment. Veo links open in a new tab and you type the times yourself.
On the dashboard, add a placeholder player. You can assess and select them straight away, and link them to their real account later.
Share an invite code from the sidebar (or the menu on a phone): the club coach code covers every team, the team coach code just one team, and the player code lets players join.
Use the Active team selector at the top of the sidebar, or tap a team in Academy overview. On a phone, open the menu at the top right. The choice is saved on that device only.
Yes. Open Attributes, add your own or rename and hide built-in ones, and give each new attribute a training plan so recommendations stay relevant.
Individual work can be completed alone or with one feeder. Team drills come from the Drill Library and are used in club sessions. Mobility appears only when it genuinely supports that attribute.
Goalkeeper recommendations are deliberately limited to physical attributes so the advice is safe and trainable off the court.
Every shot is numbered in the list under the shot map. Press the delete button next to it, or use Undo last shot straight after.
